Our mission is to craft exceptional dining experiences that
celebrate the richness of locally grown, sustainably sourced
ingredients. We specialize in designing custom menus that
bring a sense of warmth and authenticity to weddings and
events, while maintaining an elevated, polished presentation.


Guided by a commitment to regenerative agriculture and
ethical practices, we partner with small-scale farmers and
producers who share our passion for quality and environ-
mental stewardship. Every dish reflects the harmony of
flavors, traditions, and the vibrant bounty of our region,
bringing a sense of place to your table.

In addition to catering events for clients, we can also
collaborate with local farms, vendors and businesses to
produce immersive, seasonal dinners for community
driven projects.

My Story

Hi, I’m Emily, the founder and chef behind Confluence Cuisine. My love for cooking began with a childhood spent
exploring nature and experimenting with home grown or foraged ingredients. This eventually led to a career that
merges two of my greatest passions: the outdoors and creating unforgettable meals.


I began my culinary career as a backcountry chef, cooking for fly fishing clients in remote, rugged wilderness
settings. Those experiences not only sharpened my skills but also deepened my appreciation for the simplicity and
beauty of cooking with what’s available—bringing out the best in each ingredient, no matter

the setting.


As I transitioned from open flames in the backcountry to the refined atmosphere of professional kitchens, I
discovered my passion for blending the bold, rustic flavors of my wilderness roots with the elegance and
sophistication that special occasions demand.


Cooking, for me, is about more than creating meals—it’s about sharing stories, forging connections, and honoring
the places and people that inspire me. Whether I’m preparing a rustic meal over an open flame or designing an
elegant menu for a wedding, my goal is to create food that feels authentic, grounded, and memorable. Every dish I
serve is a reflection of my journey, my respect for the land, my love for community, and my belief that food has
the power to create lasting memories - and I can't wait to share that with you.

Our Commitment

We are dedicated to providing exceptional food while also being
mindful of the environmental impact. That’s why we partner with
regenerative farmers to source fresh, local, organic vegetables.
We also prioritize working with small-scale, ethical farmers who
produce grains, dairy, and meat from healthy, pasture-raised
animals cared for with rotational grazing practices.
